  • Schools interested in a membership are requested to apply by sending their inquiry and application to the Head office of the VDV, Am Flughafen 11 in 79108 Freiburg, Germany.

    Subsequently, VDV representatives visit the schools to get an idea of how they operate. A standardised question catalogue helps to clarify unanswered questions and provides information about the selection criteria.

    The admission of a flying school to the VDV is decided upon in one of the following meetings of the Association. Finally, the schools eligible for membership will promptly be notified.
